Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Development of Inception Report with documentary review of the Susteinable Work Program (PTS) (2023-2025), theory of change mapping and indicators framework. Development of structured field assessment questionnaire applicable by labour inspectors. And Final Impact Report covering 3 years of PTS implementation, incorporating Brazil in the Global Agenda, Best Practices Bank, and validated Dashboard and field questionnaire as annexes, approved by the ILO and SIT/MTE.
