Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an Individual Consultant to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Summary of the work to be performed: The purpose of this assignment is to undertake documentation of learnings and lessons which will emerge from the NSSF smartlife roll-out to essentially inform resilience building and promotion of protection against risk and vulnerabilities encountered across the lifecycle. This is a critical exercise which aligns with the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development-s work on reviewing the 2015 National Social Protection Policy, by articulating stronger policy messaging on coverage extension through strengthening formalization of employment relationships and economic units in the informal sector.
