Cher.e.s bidders, the International Labor Office (B.I.T.) is looking for a person to work as an outdoor employee in order to assess the MDG/23/02 project/IFA. You will find below a summary of the work to be carried out: final and independent evaluation covering the full of the MDG/23/02/IFA project (December 2023 - November 2025) in three regions of Madagascar (Atsimo Atsinanana, Amoron'i Mania, Haute Matsiatra) by analysis of results according to the OECD/CAD criteria, transversal dimensions: gender, social dialogue, labor standards and post -Cavid resilience and, comparative data (pre/post-project situation). The main objectives are as follows: -Evaluate contributions to national frameworks (PGE/IEM), SDD, PPTD Madagascar and UNSDCF.-Memories the achievement of results (deliverables, strengthening of SMEs/municipalities, socio-economic impacts) .- Identify Key success/failure factors and adaptations during the project. A analyze sustainability (sustainability of infrastructure, local capacities, outing strategy) .- formulate recommendations for future projects and capitalize on good practices.
