The consultant is required to carry out below tasks• Enter project data accurately and timely into the designated Data Management System.• Collect data monthly from implementing partners using prescribed formats for different project activities.• Review submitted data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, and follow up with partners to address gaps or discrepancies.• Conduct periodic visits to Rehnumai Centres to provide hands-on support where data reporting is weak or inaccurate.• Coordinate closely with partners- focal persons to improve understanding and compliance with reporting formats and timelines.• Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy records of collected data and supporting documents.
