Below is a summary of the tasks to be carried out: The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a Consultant specializing in the High Labor Intensity (HIMO) approach to ensure the capacity building of actors involved in community HIMO work as part of the Agricultural Sector Development Support Project - Phase II (PADFA II) in Cameroon. The consultant will be responsible for preparing the training modules and materials, training the Decentralized Territorial Communities (CTD), the technical executives of PADFA II and MINADER, the cooperatives beneficiaries as well as team leaders on the design, planning, organization, supervision and management of HIMO works. He/she will also monitor training, participate in technical supervision missions and produce the start-up reports, training reports and the final report, in order to contribute to the quality of infrastructure, the creation of decent jobs and the sustainability of the works carried out in the Far North, North and West regions. of Cameroon.
