IOM invites national and local non-governmental organizations to submit expressions of interest for the implementation of activities related to this project. Further information on the activities is provided in the Terms of Service. References (TOR) attached to the electronic email publishing the call (ANNEX A). The call for expressions of interest aims to prequalify partners with the capacity to implement the requested activities. Prequalified bidders (based on ANNEX C) will be assessed on the relevance and quality of programmatic documents such as the narrative proposal, budget proposal and other documents (ANNEX B, D and E) for the requested activities following the Terms of Reference (ANNEX A).
