ContextThe World Food Program (WFP) provides emergency food assistance and supports community resilience. In Cameroon, the Douala office manages around 100, 000 tonnes per year, destined for Chad, the Central African Republic, Cameroon, and to a lesser extent Nigeria and the Republic of Congo. Objective Identify qualified service providers to provide the following logistics services: Customs formalities (import/export) via Douala, Kribi, Ngaoundéré. Transportation of foodstuffs and non-food items to Ngaoundéré, Chad, CAR, Nigeria and the Republic of Congo. Fumigation services in Douala, Kribi, Ngaoundéré and Maroua. Storage in Douala (port area and outside port area) and Ngaoundéré. Purchase of Food Food Unfit for Human Consumption at the WFP, in Douala, Kribi, Ngaoundéré and Maroua. Eligibility criteria: Administrative documents common to all services: Trade register Tax certificate Non-bankruptcy certificate Proven experience with customer references (minimum 5 references over the last 3 years) Audited financial statements (2023-2024) Certificate of registration in the CCIMA Consular File is desirable Specific documents depending on the field of activity: Transport: Category 3 license, blue card for all trucks, interstate authorization, minimum annual turnover 1 billion XAF.
