Call for applications for an external collaborator for the implementation of the coaching phase for trainers from Ivory Coast and Mali on the practical occupational safety and health tool for agricultural cooperatives and finalization of the tool Dear candidates, You are invited to respond to this call for applications if you believe you have the skills or competencies sought. Failing this, do not hesitate to share it with members of your network, completing the criteria mentioned in the Terms of Service. References.The mission consists of supporting trainers to enable them to finalize their certification process but also to finalize the OHS tools based on feedback from the two countries. In this perspective, the first stage of the mission for each country will take the form of training sessions led by trained trainers respectively in March and September 2025. These sessions will be organized for the benefit of members of cooperatives in Côte d'Ivoire and Mali and under the supervision of the master trainer selected by the ILO who will ensure the evaluation of the performance of each trainer. Secondly, the international consultant (master trainer) will take into account the specific context of the countries concerning the organization and/or operation of cooperatives (including their capacity to promote decent work and fundamental rights at work), the normative and institutional frameworks governing safety and health at work, as well as feedback from trainers who experienced the tools during training sessions with cooperatives to improve and finalize the training manuals (instructor and learner).
