Lots: CEA CalSet calibrator, 4x1.0 ml. Reagents for the Cobas Pro/Pure analyzer. Purpose: The CEA CalSet calibrator set is intended for calibration of the Elecsys CEA quantitative test on cobas e immunochemical analyzers. CEA CalSet is buffer/protein matrix with added CEA in two concentration ranges. The calibrator set can be used with all reagent lots. Reagents - working solutions: ▪ CEA Cal1: 2 bottles, each containing 1.0 ml of calibrator 1 ▪ CEA Cal2: 2 bottles, each contains 1.0 ml of calibrator 2. CEA (human, from cell culture) in two concentration ranges (about 5 ng/ml and about 50 ng/ml) in a buffer/protein matrix. 1 ng/ml CEA corresponds to 16.9 mIU/ml. Calibrators are supplied ready for use in bottles compatible with the system. Storage and stability: Store at 2‑8 °C. Stability: unopened at 2‑8 °C until the expiration date, opened/in aliquots at 2‑8 °C for 12 weeks, on board the analyzer at 20‑25 °C for up to 5 hours. If the product does not meet the technical specifications, the product will be replaced within 3 days after notification.
