Expression of Interest are invited for Cabinet/Design Office Responsible for Developing the Study-Assessment of Recovery and Evaluation of the Specifications of Forestry and Mining Operators

It is a question of ;
- List all logging and mining permits in operation in the Eastern Region (For the forest; UFA, Communal Forests, Sales of Cuttings, Small Permits and Community Forests; for mines: );
- Produce a general map of logging and
mining titles in operation in the Eastern Region;
- Gather the Specifications, Management Agreements and Development and Management Plans of Forest Development Units (UFA), Communal Forests and Community Forests; and all Authorizations for the exploitation of mining resources in the Region;
- Make an in-depth analysis of the rights of Territorial Communities
-Decentralized (Communes and Region) and Neighboring Village Communities in the texts governing the management of forest and wildlife resources and in the Specifications, Management Agreements and Development and
Management Plans for Forest Development Units ( UFA), Communal Forests and Community Forests; and Authorizations for the exploitation of mining resources in the Region;
- Evaluate the effective application of the provisions of the texts relating to the rights of the Decentralized Territorial Collectivities (Communities and Region) and the Neighboring Village Communities in the management of the forests;
- Evaluate the effective application of the provisions of the Specifications, Management Agreements and Development and Management Plans of Forest Development Units (UFA), Communal Forests and Community Forests in the East Region ; and Authorizations for the exploitation of mining resources in the Region;
- Evaluate the impact of the exploitation of mineral resources and the
management of Forest Development Units (UFA), Communal Forests and Community Forests in the Eastern Region on the economic development of the Eastern Region. East ;
- Propose actions likely to be taken by the Board
Eastern Regional to increase the impact of the exploitation of mining resources and the exploitation of forests on the economic and social progress of the Eastern Region.
