As part of the conversion of the bus fleet to electric drive in the Berlin urban area, the BVG is planning to rebuild the Treptow depot. This consists of the two individual locations Koepenicker Landstrasse (KLS) and Rummelsburger Landstrasse (RLS). The following only describes the Rummelsburger location Country road (RLS) at Minna-Todenhagen-Strasse 6. Legal examinations, technical maintenance and repairs are carried out in a comprehensive workshop. The main warehouse is also located here. The location is supplemented with a bus parking area incl. loading places. The overall RLS construction project was divided into lots. The so-called "Lot 4 RLS" will be considered below. The subject of this award is all services for the realization of civil engineering work, dewatering, traffic systems and engineering structures including outdoor lighting and earthing and lightning protection systems as well as building construction. Lot 4 includes: • Road traffic systems, engineering structures and drainage, underground media infrastructure • Earthworks (fine profiling, installation of foundation cushions, trenches, etc.) • Earthing and lightning protection for the entire yard • Building construction Building A Gatekeeper, Building CA-CD Workshop, Building B Carport, building DB gas warehouse, building E parking lot roof, building D - transfer station, each including technical building equipment. • Interface coordination for the construction project mentioned by a general contractor in accordance with this contract and its appendices.
