Lots: Beef meat must be in accordance with the state national standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan ST RK 1730-2007 "Meat and meat products. General technical conditions", approved by order of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 695-OD dated December 26, 2007. Beef category 1 in terms of fatness, young animals, according to external assessment, the meat must have a red-pinkish color, a marbled structure, the presence of remains of internal organs, skins is not allowed, the carcass is divided into 4 parts, the weight of one part is no more than 50 kg, blood clots, dirt, no bruises or bruises. The meat fatness category must be indicated on each carcass with a clear oval mark. When importing meat for each batch, it is necessary to provide a veterinary certificate (form No. 4) issued by a veterinary inspector for animal products, and also the presence of a certificate of slaughter of livestock. Delivery of meat must be carried out by special vehicles that have a sanitary passport for the transportation of food products, issued by the sanitary and epidemiological service authorities, as well as a sanitary book for the supplier's driver. The product must comply standards provided for by ST RK 1730-2007. Delivery period is monthly September-December 2025 at the request of the customer in the specified volumes. The Supplier must guarantee that the shelf life of the products supplied will not be less than the period stipulated for the entire period implementation.
