Operating organization KV for master planning of the university medicine in Lower Saxony Master planning The master plan (MAP) is a strategic planning instrument for the long-term development of the project participants both locations UMG and MHH and the basis for future investment decisions. It therefore serves as a central guideline for future measures by the state of Lower Saxony and as a basis for innovation decisions. Structural development planning The structural development planning (BEP) forms this Central link between the higher-level master planning (MAP) and the operational implementation of the structural measures. Building on the results of the master plan, the BEP translates the long-term vision of the campus into feasible, phased measures. This is how she manages it structural basis for implementing the upcoming new construction, dismantling and interim measures in an orderly, risk-conscious and economically viable manner.
