Lot 1: Bus procurement framework agreement for standard low-floor buses 12 m Augsburg Lot 2: Bus procurement framework agreement for standard electric low-floor bus 12 m Kaufbeuren The client and its subsidiaries operate various public transport bus routes Transport associations and transport communities and carry out school bus transport and occasional transport. The award refers to a framework agreement for the procurement of electric vehicles in the calendar years 2026-2028 for the client and his Subsidiaries at the Augsburg and Kaufbeuren locations. The award of the contract is largely financed by grants from the special “Climate and Transformation Fund” (KTF) of the Federal Ministry of Transport. That is why the deadlines are binding the duration of the project must be adhered to in this respect. The binding order for subsidized vehicles will be made by December 31, 2026 at the latest. The applicant must complete the delivery and acceptance of the subsidized buses within the project period by December 31, 2028 at the latest guarantee and prove it with an order confirmation.
