Expansion, renovation and modernization of the BUND Environment House Neustadter Bay. In this procedure, the client intends to award the construction work for heating and sanitary work (1st and 2nd BA) for the structural implementation of the Bund-Environmental House. Subject of the EU-wide award procedure is the creation of offers for two lots based on the attached list of services.

The advertised services are the, lot 1) expansion, i.e. the new construction of the environmental house (1st construction phase) and Los 2) Renovation, the conversion of the existing building (2nd construction phase). The services advertised here essentially include: lot 1, the expansion, i.e. the construction of the environmental house (1st construction phase). The performance advertised here essentially include: o Hybrid heating system: 2 Air-water heat pumps (48 kW each) 2 electrocess (20 kW each) for hot water support for 1. BA 1 e-diving radiator for 2. BA two buffer storage (heating and hot water preparation) o 3 heating circuits: underfloor heating, hot water preparation, 2. BA O floor heating in a new building with room thermostats o Additional radiators in bathrooms (24 C according to the workshop guideline) o radiators in the 2nd BA o hot water preparation in 1.
