The planned property is a joint project between the Verbandsgemeinde of Zell (fire department) and the local community of Bullay (multifunctional rooms). The construction project is located in the Bullay district (corridor 9, parcels 507/17, 507/9, 507/10) in the town center on Bahnhofstrasse and borders on the back to the railway line. There is currently a parking area on parcel 507/17, the current fire station on parcel 507/9 and a storage building on parcel 507/10). Both buildings must be demolished in advance and completely dismantled. The measurement of the properties has already taken place.
