Delivery of a total of 550 bulk containers. - Manufacture or conversion (see also No. 5 of the LB) and delivery to the client's acceptance point in accordance with Appendix 3/ "Delivery locations" - Tranches of 60 bulk containers must be manufactured per delivery. Deviations can be agreed with the client. - The final tranche must be made no later than 1 year after the contract has been awarded (if no sample container is used) or after acceptance of the sample container. It is recommended to use bulk containers to be inspected if they have never been built by the bidder or if they are not known to the bidder. If necessary, a container can also be borrowed for a limited period of time. The transfer is with the client (see A0_Request point 2) to be agreed and organized by the contractor. The costs for collecting and returning the workpiece must be borne by the contractor. The client provides the contractor with the metal containers to be converted Disposal. The client takes over delivery to the contractor within Germany. The contractor delivers free of charge and risk to the acceptance point during the client's business hours (Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.).
