Request for proposals are invited for Building Services Engineering Consultancy Services (Bse) for the Construction of a New University Campus at Cote D-Or

1. The Open University of Mauritius invites proposals on appropriate forms from eligible and qualified consultancy firms for Building Services Engineering Consultancy Services (BSE), Civil/ Structural Engineering Consultancy Services (CSE) and Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services (QS), respectively, for the Construction of a New University Campus at Cote D-Or. 2. Other details of the requirements and conditions are contained in the bidding document. 3. The bidding document will be available free of charge and may be downloaded from the portal of the Procurement Policy Office website: http://publicprocurement.govmu.org. 4. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday 24 April 2023 in the Seminar Room of the Open University of Mauritius at Réduit as follows: a. Building Services Engineering Consultancy Services (BSE)- at 13.00 hours. b. Civil/ Structural Engineering Consultancy Services (CSE)- at 14.00hours. c. Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services (QS)- at 15.00 hours. 5. A Site Visit will be held on Tuesday 25 April 2023 at 10.00 hours. 6. Any clarification sought by any bidder in respect of this bid to be procured shall be addressed in writing to the Director-General -Through Secretary, Departmental Bid Committee, Open University of Mauritius, Réduit. Bids in sealed envelope clearly marked (i) “OU/OAB(RFP)/7/22-23 for Invitation for Proposals for Building Services Engineering Consultancy Services (BSE) for the Construction of a New University Campus at Cote D-Or--(ii) “OU/OAB(RFP)/8/22-23 for Invitation for Proposals for Civil/ Structural Engineering Consultancy Services (CSE) for the Construction of a New University Campus at Cote D-Or--and (iii) “ OU/OAB(RFP)/9/22-23 for Invitation for Proposals for Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services (QS) for the Construction of a New University Campus at Cote D-Or -- and indicating the closing date and time should be addressed to the Chairperson, Departmental Bid Committee and should be deposited in the Bid Box situated at the under-mentioned address or sent by Courier Service or Registered Mail so as to reach the Open University of Mauritius at the undermentioned address on or before 13.30 hours on Tuesday 16 May 2023.
