Intention to award services: Passau State Building Authority BIMA BPOL DEG Kasern Geb 2a-h, k Brandsch 2026_G0_Planung Inst Baul Fire Protection As part of the “repair of structural fire protection” measure, the Deggendorf location is: Federal Police carry out the structural adjustments and repairs of buildings 2a to 2h and K in order to ensure compliance with building regulations. The measure covers all service phases of the HOAI. These measures form the basis of the measure Fire protection certificates and the associated test certificates from the test experts employed. The aim of the measure is the complete implementation of the fire protection requirements set out in the test certificates as well as the building regulations Complete documentation of the measures carried out. Once the work has been completed, the compliance of the measures carried out with the test certificates must be demonstrated and certified by the responsible test experts. In total there are around 43, 000 m² of usable area (NUF). The upper cost limit (KOG) for the measure is €13.179 million. The planning must be carried out by expert and relevantly experienced specialist planners for structural fire protection. They must have proven experience in the holistic planning and implementation of fire protection concepts for buildings in building class 5 with the requirements of special construction. The planning and execution services include in particular: • Examination and complete acceptance of the requirements the existing fire protection certificates and test certificates; If necessary, development of additional evidence, • Preparation of the implementation and detailed planning including evidence for fire compartment formation, fire resistance of components, partitions (Schotts), escape and rescue route-related measures as well as any necessary evidence for technical systems (fire detection, smoke extraction, extinguishing technology), • Construction of an extinguishing water pipe one...
