Auf der Morgenstelle 36, 72076 Tübingen, Tübingen, University, NWI, replacement new building organic, engineering services in accordance with Appendix 1 Number 1.2 to Section 3 Paragraph 1 HOAI, The intention is to gradually commission specialist planning services for the acoustic and Thermal building physics of the replacement new biology building project in accordance with Annex 1, Paragraph 1.2 to Section 3 Paragraph 1 HOAI. The building complex consists of two components. Component 1 with a length and width of 55 by 55 m provides for a 7-story building. The big one Special uses assigned to the new biology institute building (mainly research animal husbandry and their experimental areas) are designed as component 2 down the slope, as a 3-story building. The present preliminary planning was as a reinforced concrete construction developed. Areas: Usable area approx. 13, 340 m² GFA approx. 29, 700 m² BRI approx. 124, 500 m³ Costs: The costs for the new building were determined as program costs for the usage requirement and amount to around €275 million GBK (as of building price index III/25 = 189.4).
