Description of the construction project: - Complete renovation of the vacant apartments according to the BimA's list of specifications - Remediation of pollutants in all apartments - Switching the hot water supply from decentralized to Central, line renovation of the cold-warm circulation pipe, renewal of the wastewater pipes, - Renewal of heating system with heat pump, heating pipes and radiators - Overhaul coating staircase - Installation of new apartment entrance doors - Installation Elevator system in the stairwell - Window renovation including insulating the roller shutter boxes - Addition of display balconies in the courtyard area - Facade renovation WDVS - Roof renovation, dismantling existing ones, installing new roof trusses, creating a second escape route As part of the 3. During the construction phase of the construction project, the following work will be carried out: Renewal of the outdoor facilities on the street side: The entrance to the house will be redesigned and will have a barrier-free ramp.
