Maakuntien tilakeskus Oy (hereafter also the Client) requests bids from service providers for the procurement of building engineering planning services for construction projects. The procurement requirements are defined in this request for tenders and its appendices. The services must fulfill the requirements described in this request for tender. GOAL STATUS With this acquisition, Maakuntien tilakeskus Oy is aiming for high-quality partners to collaborate on construction projects for social and health care and emergency services. in building engineering design tasks. The procurement aims to make available to Maakuntien tilakeskus Oy experts who have experience in the design tasks of demanding and diverse construction projects. With the acquisition, we aim for partners who has the capabilities to provide a service throughout Finland. With this tender, a framework arrangement is established, with which the Customer can acquire services according to the object of the procurement. Three comprehensive service providers are selected for the framework arrangement. Each chosen one a framework agreement is made with the service provider. A more detailed service description is attached to this request for tender 1. The Subscriber does not have a quantity purchase obligation and the Service Provider does not get an exclusive right to produce the Service.
