Siunti municipality cleaning services The municipality of Siunti requests your offer for cleaning services. The request for tenders includes the cleaning of all properties under the municipality's cleaning responsibility. More information about the tender request attachments. The contract period is 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2029. It is possible to extend the contract after the actual contract period with an option period valid until further notice. The customer decides on the implementation of the option period and informs the contract supplier before the end of the contract period. The contract appendix serves as notification or an administrative decision that is delivered to the party electronically, the requested signature is a guarantee of receipt of the notification. During the option period, the contract continues under the original terms of the contract. If the contract continues indefinitely, there is a notice period twelve (12) months from the written notice of termination. Even contracts valid for an indefinite period are regularly tendered (after approx. 4-5 years) from the start of the actual contract period.
