Lots: Sanitary services (disinfection, disinfestation, deratization and similar) - 1. Disinfection work must be carried out by the Contractor with high quality in accordance with current standards and instructions and methodological documents approved Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2. For disinfection work, use preparations registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Have certificates for drugs. 3. Work schedule for 2026: a) 1st quarter: Deratization of premises Disinsection of premises b) 2nd quarter: Deratization of premises Disinsection of premises Deratization of the territory c) 3rd quarter: Deratization of premises Disinsection of premises Deratization of the territory d) 4th quarter: Deratization of premises Disinsection of premises 4. Volume disinfection work: a) Deratization of premises - 1000 sq.m. b) Deratization of territory - 4000 sq.m. c) Disinsection of premises - 1000 sq.m. 5. If there are insects, rodents, etc., between scheduled disinfection works, additional treatments are carried out for the account of the service provider (the Contractor) under the contract until complete destruction. 6. The disinfection organization must have (provide a copy in electronic or paper form) a state license to engage in medical activities and a registration permit DKGSEN in Almaty. 7. After conducting the results of public procurement by requesting price proposals, before concluding the contract, the Contractor must provide all constituent documents.
