Lot 1: Maintenance/basic cleaning Lot 2: Glass/frame cleaning The tender refers to maintenance, basic and glass/frame cleaning on and in properties in the municipality of Krailling. The services are available in two lots. The division of lots was carried out from a technical point of view. Details on the intervals, types and scope of the services to be provided can be found in the service description and appendices, in particular the price sheets. The client reserves the right to to increase and/or reduce the areas and intervals to be cleaned without a new award procedure within the framework of Section 132 GWB Paragraphs 2 to 4. Offers can be submitted for one lot, several or all lots. However, all objects are included in the lots to offer all individual services. The services are awarded per lot. There are no plans to award objects individually. Lot 1 includes maintenance and basic cleaning work in 8 properties in the municipality of Krailling. The objects have one Floor area of ​​approx. 9, 000 m² and an annual cleaning area of ​​approx. 1, 245, 000 m². Lot 2 includes glass/frame cleaning in the properties in the municipality of Krailling. The total area of ​​the glass surfaces (measured on one side, clear dimensions of the shell) is approx. 1800 m². The glass/frame cleaning takes place once a year.
