The new police operations center is to be built on the existing property of the Hamburg Police Headquarters, which will complement and sustainably improve the existing functions. The property has extensive inventory. built. The historical and monumental buildings are particularly characteristic of the locationProtected barracks buildings that enclose a rectangular, former parade ground and the new building of the star-shaped police headquarters. The new PEZ building is planned as an almost square, compact cube on an area of approx. 40 x 40 m. The planned construction site is located directly west of thes existing ensembles of the historic barracks buildings. and is based in the north according to the B plan on the building boundary of the urban building line of the commercial building. As a multi-storey building with 3 or 5 upper floors. and a height of 18.50 m, it will have a significant urban design impactf preserved on the site.
