Building automation Construction project for a new integrated control center in Ingolstadt The construction task includes the construction of a cross-discipline building automation system for central control, regulation, monitoring and operation of the technical building equipment. Building automation takes over the higher-level operational management of heating, cooling and ventilation technology as well as room automation. The management and operating level is used for visualization, operation, parameterization and message processing as well as Forwarding of defined messages to external parties. The automation level is set up decentrally across six automation focal points, which take over the control, regulation and monitoring functions of the assigned systems. The room automation takes place floor by floor as a central island solution. The field level is connected physically and via Modbus.
