Building automation The building will be renovated in sections in the area of technical building equipment as part of several construction projects in 2026 and 2027/2028. The focus is on setting up a new GA system and gradually activating it Systems as part of the measures for the operational systems of the heating, ventilation, cooling and sanitary trades. An air conditioning system is planned for the toilet areas on the 7th floor to the ground floor, which will be connected to a new automation center (ASP) on the 7th floor.
