The awarding authority intends to build the new Appenrode community center with the help of the Free State of Thuringia's “Integrated Rural Development and Revitalization of Brownfields” funding program. The relevant guideline is the promotion of integrated rural development and the revitalization of brownfield sites from 2023. A corresponding funding decision is available. The approval period is July 16, 2025 to August 1, 2027. The awarding authority is seeking an extension. For that There is already a draft plan as a binding basis for further planning. a) The subject of this award is the basic services of building and interior planning in service phases 5 to 9 as well as various special services.
