With the help of the Free State of Thuringia's “Integrated Rural Development and Revitalization of Brownfields” funding program, the awarding authority intends to renovate and expand the Wundersleben athletes' home into a multifunctional facility The relevant policy is the directive to promote integrated rural development and the revitalization of brownfield sites from 2023. a) The subject of this award is the services of building and interior planning. The specialist planning takes place in time assigned separately in parallel. Multiple applications relating to the various property and specialist planning are permitted. b) The basic services of service phases 3 to 9 of building and interior planning are carried out in accordance with the draft contract (Part C of the tender documents) will be awarded in stages. In addition, the basic service e) of service phase 2 of building and interior planning will be awarded.
