Builder's liability insurance for the early cleanup of the Gasteig - Part 3: Higher coverage (excess) management insurance The Gasteig is the large, centrally located cultural and educational center in Munich. With around 1.8 million visitors and With more than 1, 800 events per year, it is the largest cultural center in Germany. After more than 30 years of intensive use, the building is due for a general renovation. The pollutant remediation will take place upstream in 2027-2028 building. The Münchner Raumordungsgesellschaft mbH (MRG) as the client (AG) intends to provide insurance as required during the early cleanup of pollutants/dismantling of the Gasteig as part of a builder's liability insurance.
