Builder's liability insurance for the early cleanup of the Gasteig - Part 2: Basic coverage from the parties' insurer The Gasteig is the large, centrally located cultural and educational center in Munich. With around 1.8 million visitors and more than With 1, 800 events per year, it is the largest cultural center in Germany. After more than 30 years of intensive use, the building is due for a general renovation. The building will be remedied for pollutants in 2027-2028 The Munich Spatial Planning Company mbH (MRG) as the client (AG) intends to provide insurance as required during the early clean-up/dismantling of the Gasteig as part of builder's liability insurance. The Procurement of the builder's liability insurance takes place in four parts. In a first part, which started earlier, the lead insurer for the basic cover of the builder's liability insurance is identified and commissioned. In this procedure the contract for the basic cover is negotiated. In the second procedure advertised here, the determination of the participating insurer(s) for the basic cover now follows.
