Lots: Coal - "Long-flame coal D - (piece size 50-300 mm). 1. Total moisture - No more than - 13.0%. 2. Ash content - No more than - 4.0%. 3. Release of volatile substances - No more than - 46%. 4. Lower calorific value - No less than 5800 Kcal/kg. 5. Mass fraction of sulfur - No more than - 0.446%. 6. Mass fraction of nitrogen - No more than 1.4%. 7. Mass fraction of phosphorus - No more than 0.005%. Requirements for suppliers: 1. The radioactive background of the supplied fuel must not exceed the standards established by the regulatory legal acts of the Republic Kazakhstan must be safe for people. 2. The Supplier delivers goods in ways not prohibited by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. After the shipment has been delivered to its destination, the supplier or his representative is present at unloading and acceptance of fuel by the Customer's officials. 3. The customer or direct recipient has the right to carry out technical control and/or testing of goods, submit them for laboratory testing to confirm their compliance. Technical Compliance control can be carried out at the final destination of the goods, as well as outside the destination with the delivery of a certain batch of it to specialized organizations that have the appropriate licenses.
