BNB coordination B14H E 152290001 KUM MUC GOE69 CIM LMU Hospital, New laboratory building Center for Inflammation and Metabolism (CIM) FBT services from the BNB coordination for buildings Award number: 26-037541 The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the state Building Authority Munich 2, intends to build a new laboratory building at Goethestrasse 69, 80336 Munich. A four-story laboratory building is planned with a basement and a technology center in the attic. The building site is internal Clinic grounds and covers approximately 2, 200 m². Emergency access to the children's clinic must be ensured at all times during construction. Fire brigade access must be secured at all times. The logistics delivery, for internal Clinics and research facilities located on the hospital premises must be maintained. This is a federal funding measure in accordance with Section 91b of the Basic Law. The building will be ready for use by the user within the funding period by the end of 2030 hand over. The project planning is carried out in two parts, only the 2nd TBM is the subject of this award. The upper cost limit for the construction project is 48, 600, 000.00 euros gross.
