A new outlying area (office, workshops, warehouse), including outdoor facilities, is to be built in Datteln. The system must achieve the silver standard for sustainability certification according to BNB. The client is committed to sustainability in all matters advice and the necessary documents for certification must be created, compiled and presented to the certification body if necessary. Initially, the service for the design planning and partial execution planning will be awarded. The client intends to transfer the services for the implementation planning and tendering/awarding as well as during and after the construction phase, individually or as a whole, to the contractor.
