The Cologne Justice Center has around 1, 800 employees the largest court center in North Rhine-Westphalia. The structural substance of theThe existing justice building at Luxemburger Strasse 101 in Cologne has significant defects that will make continued operation impossible in the foreseeable future. The technical equipment is now outdated and no longer meets the current requirements of a justice building and the Klimaschutz. The requirements for the Cologne Justice Center have changed significantly over the last 40 years. In particular, the higher number of court proceedings has resulted in a significantly greater need for space.
