This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Utilities Kingston to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Biosolids Management, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
Utilities Kingston requires the haulage of biosolids to agricultural application sites from the Ravensview Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and the Cataraqui Bay WWTP during the 2026 through 2028 hauling seasons. The Ravensview WWTP is a secondary wastewater treatment plant located at 947 Highway 2 East in Kingston, Ontario. The Cataraqui Bay WWTP is a secondary wastewater treatment plant located at 409 Front Road in Kingston, Ontario.
