BIM management In the future, the treatment offerings from the previous hospital locations in Merheim, Holweide and the children's hospital Amsterdamer Straße will be concentrated on the health campus of the Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH in Merheim. The goal is, to ensure efficient and needs-based health care by reducing duplicate structures, promoting centralization and specialization and at the same time improving profitability. The construction project on the health campus Cologne-Merheim consists in particular of the construction of a new building complex, which in turn consists of two units, as well as the renovation, conversion and changes of use of the existing houses 20, 20A and 20B. The subject of this award procedure is the assumption of the services of a BIM manager, i.e. the overarching coordination and control of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for the project.
