BIM management Sana Kliniken Oberfranken Coburg GmbH intends to build the new Sana Klinikum Coburg. The project management and client representation are carried out by Sana Immobilien Service GmbH for the client. The plan is already there included in the annual hospital construction program of the Free State of Bavaria and is to be financed to a significant extent from funding (here: investment funding according to Art. 11 BayKrG individual funding for investments). The new Sana Klinikum Coburg project Basically consists of several parts, with only the new building of the clinic being an eligible project. The contract advertised here “only” includes the eligible project, i.e. the new building of the clinic with 550 beds and 38 places in the Von-Gruner-Straße in 96450 Coburg. The other properties that are expected to be built in the immediate vicinity of the clinic, such as a parking garage, a health center and an education center, are not part of the tendered service. The property or construction site on which the clinic is to be built has already been defined. The existing buildings and paved areas will be demolished by the property owner. The required planning services are largely carried out by the already commissioned general planner, only the planning of the medical technology is taken over by Sana's own medical technology planning.
