BIM management The BImA has commissioned the construction administration to plan and carry out the general renovation of the FLI Riems using the IPA model. The construction project includes the renovation of all technical systems, primarily buildings 40 to 48 including safety-relevant structural facilities until around 2040. The prerequisites for a chronological sequence must be created taking into account consistent laboratory and stable operations. This and the construction period will depend heavily on maintaining the ongoing research operations and the limits of construction activity are determined and dependent on them. Since the renovation has to be carried out while research operations are ongoing, taking the critical infrastructure into account, the renovation concept was taken into account by the Construction of an interim building with status S3/T4 S4 using a conventional construction method. After the builder's preparation and project organization (Phase 0) planned in the next step, the project should be implemented in a 3-phase model Validation (Phase 1), Planning (Phase 2) and Realization (Phase 3) are carried out.
