Tender Details

The order includes the factory repair of various components of the weapon station system. When submitting an offer, bidders must take into account that the information on the respective subject lots is only an estimated requirement derived from past values ​​and, if necessary, als any additional requirements that arise (safety surcharge) are included. The actual orders placed during the contract term may differ with regard to the required quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in a specialist lot. This contract does not constitute an obligation on the part of the client to place individual orders. The contract term begins when the contract is awarded and ends on December 31, 2026. If the passde Contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr, regardless of the legal reason for ending it, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination. Furthermore, the client reserves the right to optionally extend the framework agreement until December 31, 2027.
