BFC general planning services for a replacement administration building with a canteen The services to be provided (basic services and special services) for the contractor are described in the “HOAI service profiles” appendix. The basis of the performance profile of the The planning scope is based on the HOAI 2021 and AHO series of publications. Due to the gradual commissioning (stage 1: LPH 1-4 as well as an early partial LPH 5 for the creation of key details) and the subsequent award to a general contractor (GU) structural peculiarities arise in the planning process. The scope of services of the contractor (AN) in LPH 6 explicitly includes the development of a functional service description with a service program (FLB) as the basis for the GU tender. The final implementation planning (remaining LPH 5) is transferred to the general contractor in accordance with the contract. The resulting interfaces, service splits and fee shifts can be found in the attached system-specific HOAI service table and must be taken into account.
