The Rosenheim State Building Authority intends to award precast concrete facades for the construction of a new laboratory and administration building. New laboratory and administration building on the Munich-Neuherberg campus in wood hybrid construction, Total property size approx. 31, 188 m². Gross floor area: approx. 17, 200 m²; Ground floor: approx. 3, 700 m², 1st floor: approx. 3, 600 m², 2nd floor: approx. 3, 550 m², 3rd floor: approx. 1, 600 m². BFT BASE FACADE approx. 245 m² facade cladding (d=16cm) as BFT in various dimensions incl. UK. BFT CANOPY approx. 92 m² as a 4-part BFT (Z-shape, multiple angled with various edge upstands) including UK made of steel support. Sealing work with FLK of the water-bearing surfaces approx. 43m², drainage of the BFT using integrated individual drains 8x. BFT CANOPY SIDES approx. 33m² as suspended cladding including UK. BFT BALCONY BRUSH approx. 184 m² as BFT (Z-shape, multi-angled with various edge upstands), assembly using parapet anchors and compression rods.
