Lots: Beef - BEEF MEAT OF THE HIGHEST CATEGORY - must comply with ST RK 1759-2008, standard beef in carcasses, half-carcasses, (hereinafter referred to as beef), intended for sale in trade, public catering networks. The standard sets requirements for quality, production, classification, characteristics, raw materials, labeling and packaging, acceptance, control, transportation and storage of beef. Permission by veterinary and sanitary examination to sell meat and meat products on markets. Comply About approved by the Technical Regulations "Requirements for the safety of meat and meat products". The goods are accepted in batches according to the customer-s request. A batch is considered to be any quantity of beef meat of the same class, packed in containers, arrived in one transport product and executed in one document certifying its quality, indicating: - document number and date of issue; - names and addresses of the sender; - names and addresses of the recipient; - product names; - class; - gross and net mass (kg); - dates of packaging and shipment (for packaged - and dates of packaging); - vehicle number; - designations of this standard. Checking the quality of beef meat, correct packaging and labeling for compliance with the requirements of this standard from the party from different places are selected by sampling.
