Lots: Beef - Fresh beef meat, not frozen. Fresh with a predominance of pulp of at least 70%. The color is red, the color of the fat layers is white, cream or yellow. The appearance of the meat is dry, and the meat juice released in the cut is transparent. The smell of meat natural, without impurities and foreign bad connotations. The meat is well bled, the consistency of the fat is dense and not sticky. The crust on the meat is thin, pale pink or reddish in color. ST RK 1759-2008, with each delivery per consignment of goods provided: a veterinary certificate (form No. 2), issued by a veterinary inspector for animal products, as well as an examination certificate after slaughter of livestock with markings on the date of production, the date of final consumption, in accordance with requirements of the Technical Regulations Requirements for packaging, marking, labeling and their correct application. Delivery at the request of the customer within 24 hours from the date of submission of the application, the product (meat) must have a veterinary stamp (stamp) on meat.
