Sewer construction work (LOT 1) Road construction work (LOT 2) BBVG, the Bielefelder Beteiligungs- und Vermögensgesellschaft mbH, is planning to develop the “Amerkamp” development area in Bielefeld. To develop this area, canal and Road construction services required. These services will be tendered in two lots and are the subject of this award procedure. For the development of the “Amerkamp” construction area in Bielefeld, construction work in the form of sewer construction services is required. The Sewer construction services include the creation of a RW and SW sewer system with a gravity gradient, the creation of a dirty water pressure drainage including the necessary pump technology. The drainage work includes the creation of an open Rain retention basin with a retention volume of approx. 1350 m³, a rain sewer system in a gravity gradient with reinforced concrete pipes in the dimensions DN 300 to DN 1200, a waste water sewer system in a gravity gradient with vitrified clay pipes High-load series in the dimension DN 250, as well as a dirty water pressure pipeline made of welded PE pipes DA 180 including a double pump station.
