Battery cell disposal The contractor must be certified in accordance with the Ordinance for Waste Management Companies (EfbV) for the areas of collection, transport and storage for the types of waste advertised. The disposal/recycling of waste has to be carried out in in a facility approved for the respective type of waste. The attachments must be specified. To bridge disposal bottlenecks, the contractor has a sufficiently sized interim storage facility that is approved for the respective type of waste to be retained. The disposal/recycling takes place in accordance with the regulations of the KrWG. The Efb certificates and the approvals of the facilities/interim storage facility for the respective type of waste must be enclosed with the offer.
