For the state reception authority of Lower Saxony - also the recipient - 15 motor vehicles are to be purchased to transport up to 8 people. The order also includes delivery free of charge to the point of use specified in the offer form for lot 2 or total lot specified delivery address. In order for the vehicles to meet the specific operational requirements of the user, the chassis (Lot 1) must meet the technical requirements specified by the expansion (Lot 2). For this reason it is lot 2 default-determining; Lot 1 is technically based on the binding expansion requirements. This ensures that the entire vehicle is functional, safe and usable.
