The state capital Dresden is planning the complete renovation and revitalization of the listed, former robotron canteen into a simple, open, flexible-use art and cultural center with the least possible use of resources. Subject of the planned The order includes basic services in the service profile of technical equipment for system groups 4 and 5, service phases 2 to 9 in accordance with HOAI 2021 § 53 ff as well as selected special services from the HOAI and project-specific services. The others needed Specialist planning services take place in parallel and are provided independently by the client or awarded separately. The required planning services for the technical equipment of system groups 1, 2, 3 and 7 are provided by the client in parallel in a separate award procedure (award no. 2026-GB313-00016).
