The city of Bornheim intends to award the planning services for the object planning for the traffic facilities in accordance with HOAI 2021 for the project “Relocation of the L 190 in the east of the town of Bornheim-Sechtem”. Basic property planning services for traffic systems to relocate the L 190 to the east of the town of Bornheim-Sechtem The services include: - the basic services of property planning for traffic facilities in accordance with §§ 45 ff HOAI 2021, service phases 5, 6, 7 (partially) as well as 8 and 9, plus special services (see tender documents) It is intended to commission the planning services in stages, with Stage I initially being commissioned with the LP 5 HOAI object planning for traffic facilities. Depending on further project development It intends to commission the services of LP 6 and LP 7 in Stage II and the services of LP 8 and 9 in Stage III in coordination with the funding agency and the State Office for Road Construction of North Rhine-Westphalia. A time fee is provided as a required item. The city of Bornheim is planning to develop new residential building areas on the eastern edge of the town of Sechtem.
